I am thrilled to be participating in the North Shore Art Crawl with mixed media and sculpture artist, Christine Hood. It's on Saturday and Sunday, March 10 & 11, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and a full weekend when artists open their studios. We welcome you in to see how we work. Admission is free.
This popular one-day art fair features 18 established artists from the Lower Mainland showing works for sale in a variety of media and styles, including painting, sculpture, photography and printmaking, at beautiful Heritage Hall in Vancouver.
You are invited to come and meet the artists. Admission is free.
The exhibition will explore the right-side/left-side brain debate by having artists compose two pieces of work - one focusing on realism, the other on abstraction. The idea is to explore whether artists who typically work in realism have trouble creating an abstract piece and vice-versa.
